This form of training has been shown to have some very important health benefits. Exercising in cold weather burns more calories, strengthens further your heart, lungs and circulatory system and helps to ward of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) more and more common in winter. Next time the temperature drops, be sure to embrace the cold and head for a short jog outdoors, you will feel better in a matter of minutes.
