The British producer Jon Hopkins makes finely sculpted conceptual dance music, and he’s recently put together a mix for the Late Night Tales series, and he’s included a few brand-new tracks in the mix, including an unexpected cover of Yeasayer’s Odd Blood track “I Remember.” In Hopkins’ hands, it’s a soft, meditative piano instrumental.
