Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, a dinner attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, launched in 1988. This year, for its 28th season, the show has been completely revamped: Organizers spent $2.5 million on its largest-ever renovation since opening.
“I want to dazzle our guests in 2015 with a completely new atmosphere,” Parton said of the show's renovation, which include new music and special effects, as well as interactive lighting that features 12.5 million LED bulbs.
