Just days after participating in the 2015 NBA All-Star Game, New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony's season is over.     In a press release issued on NBA.com, the team stated, "The New York Knickerbockers announced today that Carmelo Anthony will have season-ending left knee surgery. The procedure, which will be performed by Team Orthopedist Dr. Answorth Allen, includes a left knee patella tendon debridement and repair."
