The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that he had been hit by a car's side mirror in an accident on Thursday night in Hollywood. The actor, who was diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism, was sent to the hospital that night, and reportedly stabilized over the weekend before passing Monday afternoon, according to TMZ.
