Mumford & Sons debuts new electric guitar sound — mashable.com

The 1:58 mark in the Mumford & Sons' track "Believe" marks something of a new era for the band. It sounds like the electric coming-out party for the folk rock group's new non-acoustic vibe, with its soaring guitar and pounding drums. The band debuted the song Monday, offering a glimpse into Mumford & Sons' upcoming third album. It represents the group's first attempt at ditching its signature sound for a formula that favors electric guitars, synthesizers and a full drum kit.
