Along with Anger (Lewis Black), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Fear (Bill Hader), she keeps Riley's emotional state on track. Unfortunately, our new look at Inside Out reveals how Joy and Sadness get sucked away from the command center of the brain and propelled into the deepest depths of Riley's consciousness.
