The 1995-96 Kentucky Wildcats dominated men's basketball on their way to a 34-2 record and a national championship. They are now regarded as one of the best teams, if not the best team, in the history of college basketball.
The Untouchables, as the team was dubbed by then-coach Rick Pitino, were not undefeated in that season. In fact, one of their two losses came at the hands of current Kentucky coach John Calipari and his Massachusetts Minutemen.
