Jamie Foxx Sued Over New 2 Chainz-Featuring Song, 'Party Ain't a Party' The Oscar winner takes the hook off Jackson's Thriller classic and appropriates it over the sort of heavy bass riffs we've learned to expect from Mustard's beats.  Last year, Foxx released another Mustard-produced track featuring 2 Chainz called "Party Ain't a Party," which wound up getting a lawsuit filed against it.
