Former boy-band heartthrob and current host of VH1's Big Morning Buzz Nick Lachey recently showed off his dance moves to a soundtrack most of us can relate to: all Beyonce, all the time. Beyonce Has a Special Message for Her Backup Singer Battling Cancer As a part of MTV's Break the Record Week, Lachey participated in a Beyonce dance-athon organized to challenge the Guinness World Record for "Longest Dance Relay." With a little help from YouTube star Todrick Hall, his Big Morning Buzz co-host Michelle Buteau and a slew of volunteers from VH1 Save the Music schools and the streets of New York, the network broke the record, and even got an endorsement from Queen Bey herself.
