On his 2014 tape, Faces, the Pittsburgh MC sampled Aquarian Dream’s 1978 single, “Yesterday (Was So Nice Today)” on the ID Labs-produced track, “Therapy.” And even though Mac released Faces for free digital download, members of Aquarian want to cash in on the use of their creative property. TMZ reports that the band is suing Miller for $150,000 in damages.
