Naturally, the most romantic thing that popped into his head was McDonald's because who doesn't love a crazy expensive ring on a $1 chicken sandwich? We don't know what's more cringeworthy, the fact that he tried to put the ring on her before she said yes, or the fact that he had already told her parents what he was going to do and they were completely fine with it.
