The Park Hyatt hotel on Chicago's glamorous Magnificent Mile recently hired a new concierge - in the form of Parker the one-eyed pug. The hotel's general manager Walter Brindell rescued Parker from PAWS Chicago, where he is a member of the development board. "For the staff, the associates, without question, it has just put a smile on their faces and it brings in an element to hotel environment that was not there before," Brindell told the Chicago Tribune.
