A tiny one bedroom house in Chelsea that is less than nine feet wide has sold for a staggering £700,000. The property, which went on the market last month for the first time in 50 years, was valued at almost three times the average UK house price. Despite needing a full renovation the miniature home, which boasts just 290 square feet of floor space, sold for £100,000 more than the £600,000 asking price.
