In Budapest, right in the downtown, close to Kálvin square, at the beginning of a nice little street, between a grocery store and a bio shop, there is a glass door only a few people know about.
This door leads you to a kind-of-secret place. It leads you to the remains of the city-wall with a small historical exhibition and a view of some super-lucky downtown-people’s backyard. There is not much inside: some tables and an old armchair, and the place itself is really small. I like it very much though: it is a calm little place in the middle of a lively capital, I can feel the hint of the history, and dream about having one of those gardens.
