Prolific singer-songwriters Meghan Trainor, Jhené Aiko and Charli XCX to personally select up-and-coming songwriters and producers to utilize recording studios On the heels of its inaugural Secret Genius Awards, honoring creative forces behind the year’s biggest hits, Spotify continues its mission to celebrate the songwriting and producing community with the official launch of Secret Genius Studios. In honor of Women’s History Month, Spotify has selected three prolific female songwriters to curate the studios for the next three months – Meghan Trainor for April, Jhené Aiko for May and Charli XCX for June. Each artist will hand-pick emerging producers and songwriters to utilize the recording studios, providing them with a space to continue to create, with more artists to come later this year.
