Coronavirus Update The Totally Spain Commitment The wellbeing and holiday enjoyment of our guests is the paramount priority. Totally Spain will continue to follow advice from government advisories regarding coronavirus and remain in touch with all our suppliers. Travel to / through Spain & Portugal Travel to and through both Spain and Portugal continues to be safe on the whole.  No official travel restriction is in place in either country nor is one on the horizon at this time. Although there have been cases of coronavirus in Spain and Portugal, the situation is well under control and the majority of those affected are recovering well.  Spanish and Portuguese citizens, residents and visitors are being reminded daily that there is no need for panic and just to take normal precautions.  These are: Keeping your hands clean and wash them regularly Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth  Maintain social distance especially should you notice someone sneezing or who obviously has cold/flu symptoms. Temporary Cancellation Policy For Totally Spain guests with existing bookings departing on or after 1 May 2020, we have temporarily changed the terms of our cancellation policy to give you more time to make decisions about your future travel plans without worrying about increasing penalties. Effective immediately and until further notice Totally Spain existing clients (booked as of 04 March 2020) with trips departing on or after 01 May 2020, will be permitted to change their travel dates for travel any time in 2020 or 2021 (subject to availability).  We are also offering an amendment of the cancellation penalty until 30 days prior to departure, instead of the current 56 days. This does not apply to the booking deposit already paid.  An amendment to travel dates will require their trip to be repriced based on the new dates.  Any requests in this regard must be made in writing. For any new 2020 bookings – booked between 04 – 31 March – we are temporarily offering a waiver of the cancellation penalty until 30 days prior to departure should guests wish to cancel or change their travel dates.   Terms & conditions apply.
