The Big Bang Theory is now available to stream in its entirety for the first time in the United States. The show is now part of HBO Max, the new streaming service from WarnerMedia, which launched today.
Alongside all twelve seasons of The Big Bang Theory, HBO Max is also the exclusive streaming home of Friends, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The O.C., and Pretty Little Liars.
HBO Max brings together movies and TV shows from across the WarnerMedia library, including titles from Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, TNT, TBS, CNN and truTV. As the name suggests, HBO Max also features the HBO service including premium shows such as Westworld, Big Little Lies, Succession, and Game of Thrones.
The motion picture library will include 700 blockbuster films from the HBO service within its first year, including Crazy Rich Asians, A Star is Born, Aquaman, and Joker. HBO Max also features movies from WarnerMedia's library spanning over 100 years of the most iconic films, including Casablanca, The Wizard of Oz, The Goonies, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, the Lego movies, and every DC film from the past decade.
The Flight Attendant, starring and executive produced by The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco, is one of the platform's most anticipated original shows. The series from Berlanti Productions is based on the novel by New York Times bestselling author Chris Bohjalian. HBO Max will also be releasing a Friends unscripted cast reunion special at a later date.
Update - May 29: HBO Max will also become the exclusive streaming home of Young Sheldon, which like The Big Bang Theory, had not been licensed to a streaming service.
