Womens Retreats NZ

Aotearoa Surf aims to introduce the excitement and fun of surfing to youth throughout New Zealand every year through this FREE event. There is no better way to showcase this than to give our future generations the opportunity to try surfing when they are young, giving them ocean confidence and awareness, a place to make new friends as well as a super fun day out in the ocean! Our ‘Have A Go Surf Day is for kids and youth (4-16 years old) who may be new to surfing, beginners, intermediate surfers and even those that have never surfed before!

It is also important to think about stretching workouts to produce versatility. This may enable you to keep away from injuries in these kinds of challenging sports. You may do stretching physical exercises earlier than and immediately after your teaching plan to warm up and warm down your muscle tissues. Aside from carrying out some frequent womens retreats NZ as well as bodyweight training exercises, you are able to also use some light-weight work out equipment to help you stay match for surfing.

Finally, experienced surfers may move on to short boards, which are fast and maneuverable. They are also difficult to balance on, making them frustrating for beginning surfers. Short surfboards are recommended for those who are ready to start learning tricks or joining surf competitions. The shape of the surfboard can have an even more dramatic effect on the ride ability of the board. Within the three main types of surfboard from surf shop Auckland, there are dozens of shape variations that have come and gone over the years. A weapon should be an extension of you.

We operate out of the most beautiful beaches in the Auckland region, including Te Arai, Mangawhai, Orewa, Omaha, Pakiri and Waipu Cove. Our main two beaches, Te Arai and Mangawhai are just 60 minutes north of Auckland’s CBD. These beaches boast clear, blue waters and consistent, fun waves. You will be guaranteed the best, most consistent waves from Auckland to Whangarei when you surf with Aotearoa.
