Deadline for submission of proposals: Wednesday 31 March 2021 Elefsina, a place of mystery with a unique ancient and modern history, is introduced to the public through an original video produced by the 2023 ELEVSIS European Capital of Culture. On the occasion of the first international open invitation for the formation of its artistic program entitled “MYSTERIES of TRANSITION”, 2023 ELEVSIS attempts to reveal some of the well-hidden secrets of the city that make it so special, while stimulating the interest of independent artists, artistic groups and, organizations from Greece and abroad, for new projects and actions that will take place in 2022 and 2023.
