  • 50 gr of pickled gherkins
  • 50 gr of tabaceous (also called capers, the variety that does not have a tail)
  • 25 gr of spring onion (or onion).
  • 1 tablespoon of French mustard.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley or chives.

Preparation, how to make the recipe for homemade tartar sauce, very easy and delicious:
We start by cooking the egg (and since I start, I do not cook just one, but I add some more to have them ready for some other preparation).
