What has been your experience as a woman working in professional sports? I would’ve never imagined working in sports, let alone for the Miami HEAT, so it’s been such a joy thus far. Thankfully, I have had the leadership of wonderful women and men to really guide me and make me feel like I am right where I am supposed to be. It can be challenging at times, but what is the point of a challenge if not to guarantee growth? When I think of it like that, I’m grateful for each experience.
