I thought it was 1200kph! Also, I'm sure the costs don't include expropriation of terrains, which I'm sure is one of the most expensive part of it

Yeap, Musk's plan is 760mph, but the structure would then permit for 4-5 times higher speed with time. Indeed that cost is among the highest: this is why the govt should back this up probably
