Chirutha is a 2007 Telugu film produced by Ashwini Dutt and directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film marks the debut of Ram Charan Teja, son of the popular Telugu actor Chiranjeevi, in the lead role. Delhi-based model Neha Sharma plays the female lead. The film also features a soundtrack by Mani Sharma. Chirutha was released worldwide on 28 September 2007.

Charan Teja (Ram Charan Teja) is a juvenile convict who is released from prison after 12 years. In a flashback, his father (Surya), an auto driver is murdered by the gangster, Mattu Bhai (Asish Vidyarthi), who has also injured his mother who is in a critical condition. Charan goes to jail as someone offers him money if he goes to jail for someone else. Upon his release, Charan learns that his mother has died. While seeking revenge, Charan also falls in love with Sanjana (Neha Sharma), A spoiled brat, and the daughter of (Prakash Raj).
